To make their logo look more modern for the 1990's, the Penguins decided to change their logo to the logo above. This logo is in a shape of a triangle, like the three rivers that flow through Pittsburgh and this logo is colored with the official colors of Pittsburgh, black and yellow. Fans loved how this logo looks sleek, aggressive and simple. Also, Penguins fans love how this logo reminds them of the days of Jaromir Jagr and Mario Lemieux.
